I resolved the issue by using a different browser. It was not opening in Google Chrome but worked in IE.

Hi,
I just tried to review the Week One video and received a playback error on the site and also when I tried to open the video through the YouTube link. I clicked on the other videos and encountered the same problem. Any ideas on troubleshooting? I will also try again another time to see if it works.

She longs to have the curvacious body of her fraternal twin sister. From subway ads advertising happiness through large breasts, to witnessing the attention her…[Read more]

So their goal is to find happiness (or peace), and they connect with each other for support, perspective, etc?

I also remain thankful for the blessing of a cyber communnity. I got a lot work done on my essay in response to the election–which is all about healing, coping and formulating a plan through it, based on lessons from my civil rights activist parents and authors like Octavia E. Butler, who saw all of this coming. I will share it when it’s ready.…[Read more]

That looks like a cool app.
I am taking a brief break from Habitica, which “gamifies” habits, because I went from tracking a dozen habits and a dozen weekly to-dos to tracking more than 50 habits and 20 weekly to dos and talking with other writers and playing with my avatar …… and now I’m going to go back and pare back to essentials and…[Read more]

RJ, I also am a connoisseur of “new programs” and “this time I’ll stick with it” resolutions that I fail, from this year’s Habitica to my college “five, 10 and 20-year” plans.
The best I’ve been able to do is find something I’m already doing that I know I won’t change (like, I feed the cats and have my first cup of coffee first thing in the…[Read more]

Journalling might have kept me from chewing holes in myself during the last two weeks.
I’m glad you captured those moments and conversations. I’m having trouble maintaining perspective, and am humbled by the calm of those who’ve been able to do so.
